This is one of the oldest buildings in the city and marks its place with a huge Union Jack flag flying above the Old Market Square. A large bell decorates the exterior, and a colorful stained glass window continues the theme. The bar is divided into several sections: the Bell Inn is a snack bar and pub downstairs, and the more upscale Belfry is upstairs. Considered a gastro-pub, try mixed grill chops, roast chicken breasts, the farmer's platter, or mushroom and tomato lasagna.

Most every ethnic cuisine is represented, and there is also an inexpensive snack menu. The dramatic interior includes swirling modern art and curvy lanterns.
